With a diverse educational background- PGDM in Business and Marketing Management and extensive experience of more than a decade in the IT education industry my career journey motivated me to transition in to the role of a career guidance professional 7 years ago.

I am a Psychometrician certified by the British Psychological Society (BPS) & European Federation of Psychological Association (EFPA). I help students understand their future pathways and get into the right Universities abroad. I have a very strong record in Psychometrics and Career Counselling.

Most recently, I served as the Head of Career Information, Education & Guidance at The Doon School, where I guided students through undergraduate admissions to leading universities across the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and India. Over the course of my career, I have successfully mentored and placed 200+ students in top global institutions and have held leadership positions at Neev Academy, Kodaikanal International School, and Pathways School.
